....All the while she smiled at me and told how she would set me free
And drove me on the road to Glastonbury
When I asked her she said
“Just follow Lady Jane”
She told me we're all made of love
As we got up to dance
In the mud we threw away our troubles and we sang....
A Stranger once came up to me
She told me “we're all on a journey
So pack your bags and don't forget your guitar.
We hit the road in half an hour”
In her golden hair she wore a flower
In her heart a lust for life
And when I asked her she said
“Call my Lady Jane”
She drove me in her camper van
She brought for nothing from a man
And while Dylan played we slowly fell in love....
...She took my hand, she took my hand
And now I understand you Lady Jane
This world will never be the same
On the last night of celebration
Ambit the crowd and my elation
I turned around and Lady Jane was gone
In my heart I heard the words
She spoke to me back on the road
And I knew I would never be alone
Coz I'll remember, I'll remember Lady Jane.
